THE PUMPKINS are gone for another season. See you next year. The Patch will open on October 7, 2017.
A THANK YOU TO THE COMMUNITY As a member and neighbor of Wyoming Presbyterian Church, I would like to thank the residents of Millburn/Short Hills for their continued generosity and support of our annual Pumpkin Patch fundraiser. Every October our lawn is transformed into a vision of fall as we roll out thousands of pumpkins from a Navajo Reservation in Farmington, New Mexico. The blaze of orange brings neighbors of all ages to our corner lot for a friendly conversation, a festive mood, and of course, the perfect pumpkin to welcome trick-or-treaters. Blessed with beautiful weather and an army of volunteers, we had another very successful year of sales! We take great pride in the fact that 100% of the proceeds from the Patch are distributed to local and regional charities throughout the year, including the Navajo Reservation that grew the pumpkins. Some of the local missions that benefit from your generosity are The Interfaith Hospitality Network, The House of Mercy Mission, and The Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless. Again, thank you for supporting our pumpkin patch and we look forward to seeing you next October. Debbie Wright Communications Coordinator Wyoming Presbyterian Church
