Engage at Every Age
Adult Spiritual Formation
Bible studies, small groups and discussion series invite adults of every stage of life to explore scripture, ask hard questions, and grow together in faith.
All classes are open to the public, regardless of your religious affiliation or none. The journey of faith is the way we know ourselves to be lovable and loving, to belong to something greater than ourselves, to consciously choose the meaning of our life and make a difference in the world for good.
Children & Youth
Sunday Church School
At Wyoming, we take seriously our baptismal vow to raise up our children and help them grow in their faith from birth through adulthood. Our Children’s Sunday Church School is a great opportunity to learn more about discipleship and make lifelong friends.
Sunday School occurs each Sunday during the worship service. Children will join us for worship, then leave after the Children’s Message for Sunday School. They can be picked up immediately following worship in the Sunday School room.
Children’s Choir
Led by our Director of Children's Music, Ebony Wiggins, young voices take part in worship throughout the year
Baptism and Confirmation
In our tradition, the sacrament of baptism binds us together as a community, the assurance that the church will nurture each other in the faith. The Wyoming Church family welcomes anyone who wishes to be baptized, including older children and adults.
Confirmation is a chance for our youth to reflect upon their faith and start to understand what it means to be a disciple and member of the church. Each confirmand has a mentor to help walk them through their confirmation journey and will spend time with the pastor and other confirmands to learn more about what it means to follow Christ.
For more information on baptism or confirmation, please contact the Interim Pastor, Rev. Beverly Friedlander at bfriedlander@wyomingpresbyterian.org
FELLOWSHIP
Jesus commanded us to love one another, and at Wyoming Church we take that seriously. We mark the seasons of church life together, and the deep connections we build are what make Wyoming Church feel like family.
SoulFood — provides the women of the church a place to feed your soul with interesting conversations and fun as we grow in Christian fellowship by being active participants in our church and community.
Read Your Own Darn Book Club — Tuesdays, 7:00pm in the Cottage. Everyone is welcome for fun discussions and fellowship! And you don’t even have to be reading anything in particular.
Coffee hour — Join us every Sunday after church for conversation.
Celebrations — We regularly come together as a church family to celebrate life’s important moments—from confirmations and milestone birthdays to simply enjoying one another’s company and the joy of being together.

Faith Into Action
Mission Outreach
At WPC, we don’t just talk about loving our neighbors as ourselves, we put our faith into action through various outreach efforts within our local community and beyond. Our goal is to share God’s inclusive love without any hesitation by ensuring that all of God’s children feel seen, heard, and appreciated, no matter their story or circumstances. We strive to make sure that our neighbors not only survive but flourish.
The two primary social issues facing our community that our church focuses on are homelessness and food insecurity. We hope to positively impact these social issues through various approaches, including hands-on intergenerational activities, mission trips, educational presentations, congregational discussions, and opportunities for our children and youth to explore these social issues together in a safe and supportive environment.
Want to Get Involved?
We welcome anyone—regardless of your faith, age, stage, or abilities—to get involved in our mission outreach ministry. We provide hands-on and inclusive opportunities so that everyone can contributetheir gifts in making the world a better place. Sign up to join a mission project. No experience necessary — just a willingness to show up for someone in need.
